Denis founded DELFF in 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance.
Previously, he headed CIBC High Yield trading, sales and research Group in Europe and was one of the founding members of the CIBC World Markets Leveraged Finance Group in Europe. Prior to that, Denis worked as Head of Emerging Markets for Credit Lyonnais and earlier as Head of Emerging Market Trading at Bankers Trust and Paribas.
Denis holds an MBA from ESSEC, Paris.
Frédéric joined DELFF in 2009 as a partner and Senior Secured Loans Portfolio Manager. He has over 20 years experience in Private Equity, Corporate Debt and Asset Management.
Prior to joining DELFF, he worked 3 years at hedge-fund Centaurus Capital, as Executive Director in charge of investments in unlisted companies. Previously, he worked 12 years as Director for Private Equity firm CVC Capital Partners. Frédéric has structured many LBOs, including High Yield issuers (e.g. BSN Glasspack). He started his career with PWC in 1986.
Frédéric holds an MBA from ESC, Bordeaux and is a Chartered Accountant.
Cyril has 20 years of experience in asset management.
Prior to joining DELFF, he spent 5 years at AXA Investment Managers where he was Head of the Fixed Income product specialist team in charge of business development. There he primarily developed the short duration US High Yield Fund, which grew from $200Mn to $10Bn from 2005 to 2010.
Earlier, Cyril worked 8 years at Crédit Agricole Asset Management as head of the dynamic money market fund team and, previously as money market manager for Société Générale AM.
Cyril graduated from the ENSCI, a graduate engineer school and holds an MBA from ESCP, Paris.
Corine is one of the Founders of DELFF. She has 25 years of experience in Finance and Marketing. She oversees DELFF marketing and strategic development.
Previously, she worked at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank (London) where she was Head of Communication and Marketing for Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa. Earlier, she worked for Technimetrics-Knight Ridder, responsible for Marketing and Investor Relations for France and the UK.
Corine holds an MBA from EM Strasbourg Business School.
