We have a strong relationship with our shareholder La Française Group (majority owned by Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe). This allows us to provide our clients with the dedicated service a boutique asset manager can offer, while giving them the security of a large financial institution. Through this partnership, our customers benefit from a dedicated manager, a specialist Luxembourg fund administration team and local client service all over Europe.
La Française Group is a European multi-specialist asset management group with expertise in both securities and real estate. Its majority shareholder is Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe (94.82% as of 10/04/2018). La Française currently manages €53 billion in assets and is ‘High Standards’ rated by Fitch which illustrates the Group ability to work hand in hand with insurance companies, banks and pension funds. La Française provides services to a broad range of customer including institutional investors, platforms and intermediaries and is developing its offering to private clients.
Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe, the leading retail bank in northern France owned by its members, has an “A” long-term credit rating from Standard & Poor’s (January 2018). It is also highly present in Belgium and Luxembourg. It is a conservative institution that does not engage in investment banking activities.
